Today is day 5 but my milk supply is still Low. Been pumping every 3 hours but only 20ml every time. Having engorged breasts too. Please advise!

mine milk supply only came in 10 days I will advise keep latching your baby every 2hours after that use hot compress n massage your breast area n manually hand express so that you could remove hinder milk that pumping can't remove...good luck to you mummy on breastfeeding journey🤗🤗🤗
