OGTT: Tips and Advices
Any tips po para sa things to do 2 weeks before OGTT. Ayoko po kasing mag diagnose na may GDM. Diagnosed din po kasi ako na may PCOS sa both ovaries. Natatakot ako, FTM here po. Salamat!

Naiintindihan ko po ang kaba nyo, lalo na may PCOS pa. Pero don’t worry, marami po ng mga tips para mag-prepare before the OGTT. Two weeks before, try to focus on a healthy diet—limit sugary and high-carb foods, and mas maganda po kung whole foods ang focus, like vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains. Try to get regular exercise din, like light walking or stretching. Iwasan po ang stress and stay hydrated. As a first-time mom, it’s normal po na mag-worry, but just take it one step at a time and follow the tips. Malaking help po yan!
