OGTT: Tips and Advices

Any tips po para sa things to do 2 weeks before OGTT. Ayoko po kasing mag diagnose na may GDM. Diagnosed din po kasi ako na may PCOS sa both ovaries. Natatakot ako, FTM here po. Salamat!

Alam ko po na nakakakaba especially first time mom kayo. Since may PCOS po kayo, it’s important na maging extra mindful sa diet and lifestyle. In the two weeks before the OGTT, try to limit sugar intake and focus on high-fiber foods tulad ng vegetables, fruits, at whole grains. You can also try to avoid too much processed food and refined carbs. Exercise like walking po can also help in managing your blood sugar. Don’t worry, kahit may PCOS, marami pong moms na nakakaya itong test. Stay positive lang po, and sana maging okay ang result!
