OGTT: Tips and Advices

Any tips po para sa things to do 2 weeks before OGTT. Ayoko po kasing mag diagnose na may GDM. Diagnosed din po kasi ako na may PCOS sa both ovaries. Natatakot ako, FTM here po. Salamat!

Don’t stress too much about the OGTT, kasi importante lang po na maging ready ang katawan nyo. Two weeks before your test, try to eat a balanced diet—more fruits, veggies, and whole grains. Iwasan po muna ang sugary foods at processed carbs. Mag-regular exercise din po, like walking or light activities, para matulungan ang body nyo mag-regulate ng sugar. And most importantly, stay hydrated po! Huwag po kayong matakot, just stay calm and follow these tips para ma-prepare ang katawan nyo. Good luck po, and I’m sure everything will be okay!
