Breathing exercises po ma makakatulong pagdating ng labor and delivery mo. Lalo na naka mask pa. Yung iba may face shield pa na suot. Then sunod lang po sa dr sa pag count ng pagiri. Yan lang po muna ipapayo ko. Importante po kasi talaga ang breathing. Go momshie!
