Try having ginger sa meals or as hot drink, salabat. Less sa spicy and maasim foods, carbonated drinks, drink lots of water. Try your best na magrest lang and iwas sa kilos kilos, magrelax lang šŸ˜Š

Add ko lang din mommy, don't eat ng madami kahit dama mong gutom and crave ka talaga. Mabobloated ka promise. Try smaller meals and snacks. Kahit maya maya kainmo that's okay, basta wag yung busog na busog.
