No po. I don't think the position matters at all. If regular ang period mo, you can try calendar method or even yung app ng Flo para masubaybayan mo yung days ng cycle mo. Any circumstances other than that, I don't know what to recommend since my period back then is regular. I think you can try taking folic acid supplements, I heard it helps with conceiving. 😊
