Postpartum hair loss

Any tips to deal with PP hair loss? I’m 10 weeks PP and since the past few days, I noticed my hair falling more than the usual.. :( Any shampoo you used before which helped?

It's common(: Other than changing shampoo maybe you can cut your short for now. It'll get better
