pp hair loss

I need to bun up my hair at work and it worsens the hair fall due to the pulling and long hours binned up hair. my work environment is super humid and thus shoulder length hair would be worse. can mummies that experienced this drop the hair loss products you used and if they helped? also anybody out there used mama's choice shampoo/conditioner combi? it's sold out on shopee and I can't find anywhere else to buy. I'm wondering if that is really good.
