Newborn tongue cleaning

Any tips to clean newborn tongue? I'm using nuk wipe but so far only managed to wipe front half. Back half still white cos cannot reach. My baby is cooperative enough to open partial mouth for me to clean but not wide enough for me to reach the back.

I just use wash cloth to clean alternative you can get the thumb toothbrush

I use a cloth to clean it during shower time.
