Mag squats ka mami ung. Naka stay ka lang na naka upo if di kaya hanap ka ng mahahawakan or unan na sasalo sa pwet mo.. Ganyan ginagawa ko... Squats ka ng ganun for 30 mins a day kaso ako ginagawa ko pag ala namn ginagawa upo lang o nanonood tv naka ganunh squats ako with matching Ire.. Tapos morning and afternoon long walk..

Same here, Mum! 38 weeks and closed pa cervix ko. Nag jojogging na nga ako para bumaba tyan ko e hehe. If ever na mag jojogging kayo, ask your ob first. Ang jogging deoende po sa buntis, hindi oara sa lahat.

Squats. Don’t drink sweetened na juice, nakakalaki ng baby. Baka mahirapan ka manganak. Better to eat the fruit na lang mismo.
