Congrats on your pregnancy! Actually you can just eat as per normal There is no need to try to eat more. Just eat as normal as it is more important to ensure you intake the required nutrition rather than eating more. Hence, to ensure that I get the required nutrition, I drink 2 glasses of Similac Mum maternal milk daily. It tastes great, not too sweet and easy to prepare, very convenient for working mums.
