I'm pregnant, how much should I be eating? 🧐
Any thoughts?
Hello Mummy, welcome to motherhood dear! How much weight have you gained since becoming pregnant? During the visit, did the doctor say that you're gaining too much weight? if you gained 2-7 KG in whole journey it is completely normal . Actually, you should eat normally, maintain a balanced diet, eat all things in moderation, and provide enough nutrition, particularly calcium and folate. I take two glasses of Similac Mum maternal milk every day to ensure I have enough nourishment. I enjoy the flavor, and it's simple and quick to prepare. You may give it a go!

Read moreYou should consume what is best/good for your own body. Not too much neither too little but of course well balanced nutrients. This is to avoid other unnecessary health issues during your follow up for your baby and you. I would usually eat in small portions with all the nutrients well balanced and taking in my daily medication given by doctor.

I eat everything that I can!! 😂 when i gag because i can’t seem to swallow/taste plain water, i add ice and a little lemon to keep me hydrated i stay away from sweet drinks!
everyone is different but for me, i get hungry very easily. every 2-3 hours i will eat a meal but all my meals are small portions. roughly 5-6 meals per day.
just eat how much you can eat , Don't need to force yourself to eat more just because you are pregnant.
