I’m at 12 weeks pregnant and I am still vomiting after eating , what should I do?

hi! vomiting is still normal at 12 weeks. just take smaller meals so that it's not overloading your stomach. you can also take soy milk, fruit juice, and water with lemon to help you with nausea. hope you feel better soon!

Same. Still food stuck in throat and had to puke to feel better. I tink is heng/suay cos my gf says pukes all the way till give birth. Let’s fingers crossed our vomiting stop soon! ✌🏻✌🏻

u can try request for dicletin to keep your foods down and stop vomitting . its safe for pregnant womens . i had it for myself from second - third trimester .
