To those mommies na nagsusupplement, how do you transition to the next milk formula? Like 0-6 mos tapos to 6-12 mos? Do you mix the old with the new formula or abrupt ang pag introduce? Musta ang poop ni lo when transitioning?
Hindi na nmen minix nung nagchange n sya ng milk nung 6 mos sya. Yung poop normal lang sa umpisa n basa kasi nasa transition period sya after nun naging normal n poop nya.
