Do u think I need to have an anti tetanus shot when having my glucotest 4x a day. 7 month preggy

I had GDM during my 1st pregnancy. I didn't have anti tetanus shots then even though I regularly monitored my blood sugar just like you. Ask your OB's recommendation, mine didn't advice to have shots.
