since your BP is not at triggering point for now, you may start to wear compression socks and elevate your legs while sitting and resting on your back. do some gentle exercise, like walking to improve your blood flow. check your BP once or twice a day to monitor your BP rate for precaution purposes. if theres any alarm for high BP (140 and above), please head down to hosp to seek for medical attention immediately. always trust your guts for any odd that youre unsure of. may everything will be ease for you, momma.

Please ask your gynae to prescribe compression socks and wear at night and do some exercises feet (up & down together) and leg (up & down by each side) while lying if there is no BP or other problem. Please seek for doctor’s advice how to do exercise for more detail.
