Refusing solids

My LO just turned 12 months and is refusing solids a lot. Especially will fight her high chair and any seat and will only eat when being carried in her baby sling. Otherwise she likes to walk around and generally hates being restrained (even in her stroller). Does anyone have advice? Worried that this will continue till playgroup and she won’t know how to be eat at the table with other kids. #Needadvice #firsttimemom

UHT or formula milk?

My LO just turned one last week, should I continue with feeding her formula (stage 3) or already start on UHT milk? She doesn’t eat a lot of solids yet, mainly porridge as she’s teething and fussy.

It depends on baby’s acceptance as well. I tried to transit my LO from bm to UHT/FM when she turned one but she gets very bad constipation from UHT (we tried a lot of brands). Not very good with solids as well for the first 2 years so we gave formula so she can at least have the nutrients from it. Now that she entered school and eating solids well (but she’s still on the smaller side), we tried to offer UHT but she didn’t want so we continue FM.

I’m starting solids for my baby who is 6 months now and also planning to research and decide which infant formula brands are more recommended in SG, and how would yall recommend for me to make a decision?

PUPPP Pregnancy Rash

Has anyone experience pregnancy rash before??? How do u heal from the itchyness? MINE WAS SOOOO BADDDDD that i cant sleep.

Bad nappy rashes during diarrhoea

Hi, my girl is 8 months this year. Believe she caught a virus at her infant care and having diarrhoea. We have been cleaning her and changing her diapers often, not sure if it is what causes her nappy rashes to worsen. Understand that we should keep the area clean at all time. FTM here, I am not sure if I should not put on diapers for her at the moment (worry it may expose her to more bacteria), because she’s getting very and super irritated and cranky every single time we change and wash her down, and also her rashes does not seem to subside. On a side note, we bought her to clinic and were told to continue upkeep hygiene and also to continue to apply diaper cream on her (as per usual), but apparently we realise it worsen as the day goes. Seeking some advice for any parents that have any suggestions or any experience on it. Thanks much in advance.

Hi all. I'm worried if I get pregnant again. I have 2 boys now and I'm done. Can I check how to get contraceptive pills? Polyclinic has it? Can I get it there? Otherwise how? Pull out method is something that I'm afraid. So I need other methods. Thanks.

U mean u only use the pull out method but without condom?

Is cheap milk good for baby?

Hi Mummies, do any of you give GROW's formula milk to your baby? Is it fine to give baby a formula milk that is that cheap? It costs almost $19 only for infant-12 months. I have been using it as I changed from s26 to Grow but not really sure if its fine as im a ftm. I changed his milk formula as he kept asking for it every 2 hours even when he is already 2 months. Now he is 3 months plus and i have been giving him Grow Formula. He is a c section baby, but I really dont know which formula I should stick to as I know we cant keep on changing. Is Aptamil a good formula? As I'm planning to change just not sure which.

As long as baby accepts, it’s fine~ My baby tried GROW, S26 and NAN, only accepted NAN 😮‍💨.

Rejecting milk, water and even medicine

My LO is rejecting everything at 7 months and even having diarrhea. Went to doc, no ulcer or any blockage in throat. Wondering why is this happineg? Doc said to change to lactose free but even soynilk or lactose free; LO is still rejecting. Why is thi so? Anyone knows?

6month old baby havent been pooping after starting solids

My 6 month old breastfeeding baby just started solids. 6 days after she havent pooped inserted glycerol suppository (as previously instructed by pedia) then she pooped right after. But after that, now she havent pooped again. It’s been 2 days only. Kinda worried why it’s happenning. Thanks for response

Mine poo once a week for several weeks. But now better le. We try to give fiber food like banana n prune. Seems to help. N abit of water.

Hello mommies. Can I check where do you guys go for post natal gym session? Or can you share what activities that you did to lose some weight. I was 52 kg before birth. Now with 2 kids, I'm 63 kg 😪
