Are there support groups in Manila for women who are trying to recover from domestic abuse?

There are different groups to support women here: http://www.unwomen-eseasia.org/projects/evaw/vawngo/vamphil.htm But I think it's best to first talk to someone you're comfortable in sharing your issue and then you can seek help. :)
