Confinement food

Hello! Is there any suggestion to cheaper alternatives to confinement food? Tian wei and chili padi is a little out of my budget. Or is there a website where I can get my helper to learn receipts from? Your help is greatly appreciated!

Can buy books from popular. If not there are alot of recipes online. Just Google and you will see them.
