hi there mommy's ask ko lang po ung nakita po bang computation sa sss for maternity benefit is accurate or yan ung makukuha mo from sss? after submitting all requirements? nasabi po sakin ng hr namin na maggibg half half daw ang bigay ng benefit, does it mean half of that amount before manganak, then half after manganak? thankyou so much po sa mag clarify

Dapat in full un hindi half half per social secuirty law ( see attached ) . Aside s sss maternity benefit na ibibigay ni sss may salary differential pang ibibigay si employer ( if applicable). Nakalagay din iyong definition ng salary differential sa Expanded Maternity law hindi lang kasi nahihilight sa news. Nasa Power Point presentation ng DOLE computation ng Salary differential binigay sa company namin.

Ang social security law 1997 pa po momshie. Sa expanded maternity law wala ako nakitang provision or clause na nagsasabi na pwede staggard ang payment.
