If during labor po squat2 lang yan ginawa ko para lesser ang pain.

lakad lakad ka lang every morning tpos wag ka matutulog ng umaga

marami po sa internet, sa you tube search nyo po.

Drink pineapple juice daw para mabilis lumabas si baby

Proper timing of inhale and exhale during labor. 🤗

Lakad lang po lagi mommy at inom ng madaming tubig

lakad lakad kpo every morning tpos squat din

squatting po at yoga! super effective 😍

May Yoga para s mga buntis. I think that'll help.
