Wonderful day mommies. I'm currently living here in Muntinlupa. Do you have any suggestions on hospitals WC offers lower maternity package but then quality service ??

You can check MCM. It was one of the hospitals that I shortlisted for my first baby. I cannot share an actual experience though because I didn't give birth there.

Hello there mommies !. I'm just a little curious and at the same time confused ,I'm a 21weeks pregnant and my breasts are having its own varicose ,is that normal??can this be removed once the baby is delivered?? Thank you.

Meron akong ganyan, pero hindi naman yung sobrang malalaking ugat. Parang green lang na veins. Dahil po yung sa increase blood flow.

Hello there mommies Its my first baby And gusto ko sana normal delivery lang.. My alam po ba kayong mga prenatal exercises para malessen ang pain ?

Depende sa case mo mommy sasabihin naman yan ng ob mo kung candidate ka sa cs o kaya i normal.. mamomonitor naman kaya mag prenatal visit ka lagi.. just be active and do exercise meron sa youtube mga exercises..
