No there isn’t:( if your LO is less than 5 months old, though, go get the rotavirus (most common cause of diarrhoea in little ones) vaccine. Also another common problem at childcare centres. For hfmd, as kiasu as it may sound, get your little one and yourself to wash hands everytime you touch toys/playgrounds/rides in public places. I carry hand sanitisers everywhere I go. Also remind your little one not to rub the eyes/nose or put the hands in the mouth without washing.
