hello there! 38weeks 4days na po ako. Ftm.. and tinigil kuna ung pag inom ng vitamins. like ung Mosvit Elite..at ung Anmum tinigil ko nadin.. birchtree nlng iniinom ko.. pero continue parin ako sa ferrous at calcium.. ok lng kaya un? ☺️☺️
If the baby is average size you can drink birchtree pero if big yung baby mo baka mas lalong bumigat at mahirapan ka. My doctor advised me to diet on my 9th month cause the baby is too big
