Faint line on guardian test kit, is it positive?

Test kit faint line, no pregnancy symptoms other than a stomach which i feel is getting bigger

It does look like it has a faint line. Faint line is considered as positive. You can consider using clearblue pregnancy kit or go to any woman’s clinic to confirm your pregnancy.
