As your baby grows, your body goes through a lot of changes, and this includes the stretching of ligaments that support your uterus. This can cause sharp or dull pains in the groin, especially when walking or shifting positions. To help ease the discomfort, try to avoid sudden movements or standing for long periods of time. A warm compress or some gentle stretches may also help. But if the pain is constant or you notice other symptoms, it’s always a good idea to check with your OB just to rule out anything else.
