Magbasa paHi, mommy! Normal lang ang pananakit ng singit habang lumalaki si baby, lalo na sa third trimester. Pwede itong dahil sa pressure o paglapit ng katawan sa labor. Subukang magpahinga, i-elevate ang paa, o gumamit ng pregnancy pillow. Kung sobrang sakit na at nahihirapan ka na, mas mabuting magpatingin agad sa OB.

same mi nung 31 weeks sakit nang singit ko at madalas naninigas tyan ko kaya nag pa oB ako, na bedrest ako, nirisitahan nang pampakapit.. mag 35 weeks na ako ngayon hindi lang ako masyado munang magalagaw, pero 36 weeks ako mag start talaga akong mag exercise
32weeks same tayo mie masaket na singit at kiffy kapag tatayo na para bang may mabigat na sumisiksik ,, normal lang po yun , exercise po paunti unti para po mag adjust

since 30wka nakaramdam ako singit and groin. i do pelvic floor exercises nawawala siya
