Yes po, if my baby is 4 and above na, but with proper guidance po. 😊 Since they are still young, we have to be there always when they are dealing with their pets and explain to them what responsibilities they will be having once they get one. It will be challenging for them since mag-alaga sila ng may buhay, but with my personal experience as someone na may pet dog since 3 or 4 years old pa ako it will make them more responsible and will build up their character. 💕
