medyo idelay mo muna if magbibigay ng fresh juice kay lo, medyo sensitive pa tummy nila since 6mos pa lang.. some fruits has high acidity, kaya baka mabigla ang tummy nila..
any citrus fruits mommy... orange or calamansi or lemon or dalandan.. 1oz fresh squeezed juice + 1oz cooled boiled water + 1 tbsp honey or sugar sabi sakin ng pedia 😊
