Always consult your gynae before doing any exercise. My placenta is on the low position, hence, I can only do non strenuous exercise like walking, swimming, kegel and simple pelvic exercise. Take care and God bless you and baby!

hi! may I know if kegel and simple pelvic exercises are approved by your gynae? also low placenta, FTM, haven't got the chance to check with my gynae exactly what kind of exercises I can do. next appt is in a fee weeks' time.

I followed YouTube videos on light workouts and did regular squats at my final trimester! To build up the strength and stamina to push during labour.

To me i would say i prefer to go shopping rather than stay at home walk here and there when there is nothing nice to look

Yes take a stroll at the park or window shop. Try to climb stairs also. It'll be exhausting but good for easy labour.
