I still remember sa first born ko, Sobrang excited kami mag-asawa sa milestone nya pagdating ng 6months dahil ready na sya for solid foods! I started feeding her with ABC! Yes, started with pureed Avocado then Banana and then Carrots and syempre hinaluan ko ng breastmilk ko.
