As a Mom we always want the best for our babies we want to give them the best thing they needs in order to protect them. In the 6months of their life where they can start to eat solid food we do always prepare the right food and nutritious food like they can start weaning with single vegetable, and fruits. Try to blend, mashed or soft cooked. It can be broccoli, potato, or carrots, and Fruits such as banana , apple ,papaya , mango or peaches. You can mix it, or make a juice,or rice mix with breastmilk. And of course breastmilk is the best for babies so give breastmilk for babies at the same timeπ₯°π€±ππππ₯¦π₯π½ #Babymama
Para sa akin ang unang pwedeng ipakaen ay mga basic fruits na madali mabili sa palengke or supermarket like mashed banana, apple, mango, potato, carrots and hard boiled egg. Lahat Ito pwede I mixed ng milk.

#Babymama
As a first time mom, I make sure I feed my baby with nutritious foods. His first solids will suplement the milk heβs taking so I make sure right nutrients yung laman ng food. As per his pedia, at 6 months he can start with puree or mashed fruits and veggies. When we had the to signal that our baby can start with solids, I made my baby eat mashed banana first. Then on the next days, he had avocado, carrots, sayote, melon, papaya, potato, squash. Weβre still learning everyday but glad our babyβs been enjoying his mealtimes everyday. #Babymama

Mga solid foods na pinakain ko sa anak ko,more on pinakuluang gulay at blended na prutas.Katulad ng pinakuluang kalabasa, okra at minsan mga halamang ugat like kamote at patatas. Then sa prutas mango at orange then more on banana.Never ko sya sinanay sa cerelac.Dahil for me cerelac is considered as junkfood. Then when it comes sa gamot hindi ko din sya sinanay more on oregano para sa sipon, since ngayon 3yr old na sya. Thanks God healthy ang baby ko hindi madalas nagkakasakit.Nagkakasakit man minsan lang at karaniwang sipon sipon lang.
For a first time Mom and an avid fan of nutrition and dietetics, I am very excited to finally plan the meals I may give to my twins. It is very important to always consider a moderate, balance and variety of foods that can be taken by the babies for supplemental feeding. By introducing pureed foods made of vegetables and fruits, cereals and protein rich foods while ensuring its consistency, we can support the babies nutritional needs for their growth and development. Ofcourse, still with the presence of breastfeeding.. #Babymama
according to my experience, when I was still pregnant, I took care of my niece whenever my cousin was working, that's why she taught me what my 6-month-old niece should eat.you can start weaning with single vegetables and fruits you should tryΒ blended, mashed, or soft cooked sticks of parsnip, broccoli, potato, yam, sweet potato, carrot, apple or pear. You could also try baby rice mixed with your baby's usual milk. Make sure any cooked food has cooled right down before offering it to your baby.thankyou.. #BabyMama
