Nung nag 6months ang 2nd baby ko ang una ko talagang pinakain sa kanya ay gulay, steamed carrots and potato to be exact. Medyo takot pa nga ako kc ang tagal na nung huling pakain ko ng baby non, panganay ko kasi ay 9 yrs old bago nasundan ni 2nd baby. At dahil sa gulay ang first na kain ni baby d ako nahirapan pakain sa kanya, kinakain kahit anong ihain sa kanya. Sa ngayon kahit ampalaya with itlog ang ulam kinakain niya. My baby is 9months now and still exploring pa kami ng mga foods na gusto niya. #Babymama

He was 5 months nung ng start ako pakainin sya ng solid food with his pedia's approval. Mashed squash ang una nyang kinain. Mga mashed potato, carrots, banana. Nung ng 6 months sya inintroduce ko na ang rice. Ng try din ako ng avocado pancake, avocado itself, grapes and apple. Mag 1yr old na sya and super hindi mahirap pakainin. Love nya ang plain lugaw, sabaw ng sinigang at nilaga. Nagtry ako na magcerelac & gerber sya since wala na ko maisip na for breakfast nya. Both hindi nya gusto. #BabyMama

Ang tanong is anong puwedeng ipakain kay baby kapag 6months old above na siya? Sagot: First of all I have 3kids full-time mom at home. my last born is now already 1yrs old and4months As my experience the best nutrients na ipinakain ko sa kanila was @6months old is yung kalabasa. Yes kalabasa yung una kong pinakain sa tatlo kung anak nung 6months old sila.ganado at aktibo po sila nun at hanggang ngayon #1solid ko parin ang kalabasa lalot na ginataang kalabasa. #Babymama #Babyfirstsolids

Nung 6 months si yuna pinapakain ko siya ng mga prutas na dinurog or blender. Favorite niya yumg banana or apple ayaw niya ng mga maasim. Pinatry din nmen sa kanya lahat ng flavor ng cerelac para malaman namen kung ano yung mga gusto niyang flavor kainin at ayaw niya or may allergy ba siya. At kung pwede lagi may sabaw yung ulam may halong gulay tulad ng patatas,kalabasa,carrots,sayote na pwede durugin kasama ng kanin at sabaw.Isa sa hilig niya yung fritters lalo na yung kalabasa. #Babymama

According sa pedia ni baby pagdating nya nung 6 months old, more on puree. Three times a day ung food para malaman kung may allergies si baby. At this age, it helps baby na maexplore din ung ibat ibang texture at taste. Here are some of her complementary foods during 6 months old: Kalabasa, sayote, banana, carrots kamote, potato, apple, pear, green peas, small amount of unsweetened yogurt, (homemade peanut butter, salmon, oatmeal, papaya, avocado, and egg. #Babymama #babymama

I still remember sa first born ko, Sobrang excited kami mag-asawa sa milestone nya pagdating ng 6months dahil ready na sya for solid foods! I started feeding her with ABC! Yes, started with pureed Avocado then Banana and then Carrots and syempre hinaluan ko ng breastmilk ko. After that nagbaby-led na kami ni baby and She started eating food by herself with proper cut of foods, fruits and veggies. I'm currently pregnant and My eldest is already 2 years old now. 🥰 #BabyMama

ang mga dapat ipakain ki baby kapag sya ay 6months na ay mga Gulay,Fruits and baby foods na angkop sa age nya. We practice BLW sa baby ko, mostly Pancakes,Fritters,Nuggets and Pasta dishes ang inihahanda ko. I made sure na pwede Kay baby ang ginagamit Kong seasonings and ingredients kahit sa portions and sizes ay Tama sa age nya. No salt,sugar and honey din para sa below 1yr. Pinapainom ko na din Ng tubig si baby pakatapos nyang kumain. #BabyMama

Always remember the 3-day rule before mag change ng ibang food si baby. Para malaman kung saan ba sya allergy or kung saan sya ma coconstipated 💖 First solid food is 1-3 days lugaw, super mashed yung rice 4-6 pureed carrot 7-9 pureed potato 10-12 pureed squash Sweet potato, broccoli Sa fruits naman we used fruit bites at first. Apple, mango, orange, pear Sometimes if lunchtime we give it as pureed apple and pureed pear 💖💖 #BabyMama

For my 1st born - I followed Tamang kain. Each week I gave her only one kind of colorful steamed and mashed veggie or fruit. It will be helpful para malaman at mamonitor kung alin specific na fruit or veggie ang may reaction or allergy si baby. No salt, pampalasa and MSG. So far naging healthy at di sakitin ang aking panganay because I follow this strictly kaya I will do the same to my 4month old baby when she get 6months old :) #Babymama
