Kapag yakult, at least 2 bottles agad ang iniinom ko, kasi wa epek kapag 1 lang. Pero pinaka-effective sakin ang coffee, basta 1 cup a day lang, also ripe papaya. Pero sa tingin ko po better to consult your ob na lng po. Masyado matagal na po kasi yung inyo...
