Sleep issue

Struggling with 2 issues for my baby sleep 1. Doesn’t want to sleep at his sleep timing , cry badly and the only way to calm and make him sleep is nipple sucking 2. Wakes up consistently at 330am, 5/6am , 7am. Not hungry Nor full diapers. Any advice / tips?
