My daughter is 15 months old and she eats anything we eat! We make sure that our food has no MSG and is never too sweet or salty. We don't like spicy foods (maanghang) but do include a fair amount of spices and herbs for flavor. She loves kalabasa soup, crunchy veggies like beans and kale chips, sinigang, ground beef with kamote, roast carrots, etc.
