Dizziness at 2nd Trimester

Still having nausea vomitting at 16 weeks. The worst part, it comes with dizzeness. Cant eat or drink or even sleep. Been like this for past 3 days. Not sure if i should go to the doctor, not eating for 3 days cant be good.
