i was also doing running before conceiving and I am missing it badly so i checked with my gynaecologist but he told me not to go for a jog as i m 6 weeks but instead go for a walk or swimming.
Yes, you may but take note of safety such as cyclist, kids running about freely, road conditions etc. In addition, please stop immediately if your body doesn't feel good.
