Is it the smell or that you can’t keep it down? Many mamas find that they are especially sensitive to dairy products in the first trimester. You could try soy products if it helps :)

Hmmm, it’s pretty common I feel - not the first time I’m hearing this experience. What about trying to consume ikan bilis and other forms of calcium? I’d stay away from dairy if it causes you to feel the way you do which can really upset your day.

My gynae actually told me not to take dairy products actually. After i got GD, i took back low fat milk for a period of time then was ok..

Even soy products as well. He said i could take soy beancurd but dun take the drink..
