You can sign up for free samples of enfamama maternity milk. I tried it, pretty good. 2 servings per day gets you 1000mg of calcium. For lactose free milk like meiji, 1 serving is only 200mg of calcium sadly. Not enough for the ideal daily intake of 1200mg for pregs.

Hi mummy. I'm lactose intolerance too. Throughout my pregnancy I never drink milk at all but only took calcium tabs recommended by my gynae

You can purchase and take any lactose free milk from supermarket, or you can drink oat milk etc if there’s no soy in it.

I didnt drink maternity milk during my pregnancy, doctor gave me calcium supplement instead. I take caltrate

Idt maternity milk is that necessary. Just take normal prenatal vit can alr or ang lactose free milk

What about almond milk?
