sama macam saya.sekarang dah masuk trimester 2 pun masih ada loya2 tp muntah dah kurang. masa trimester 1 saya makan suplement sebelum tidur. selepas makan nasi ke apa2 saya mesti duduk diam dlm 30 minit-1jam untuk elakkan muntah terus.kalau saya berjalan terus memang akan muntah semua makanan yang dah di makan.kalau saya berehat sekejap muntah pun hanya muntah sedikit, sekurang2nya ada makanan yg sempat dihadam oleh perut. dan saya elakkan makanan yang kuat berbau dan pedas supaya bila muntah tekak tidak perit sangat.

eat small portion and maybe find something that suits u. like for me, the only thing i could eat during my first trimester is bubur ayam marybrown. as for dizzy i suggest u eat ur vitamins at night cz for me i notice that when i ate before i sleep im less dizzy compare to when i eat in morning. some people say eating fruits would help too but it didnt work for me. so just keep experimenting to what suits u because what works for me might not work for u. šŸ˜Š wish u best of luck.

i cant eat at all. even i do vomit water bcs thats all i can swallow. then i found my saviour, watermelon. its tiring to vomit everytime you eat, but u need to eat a little to avoid gastric. i eat 2 spoons of nasi, then watermelon. atleast you get abit of nutrients for your baby.

Sama lah mcm saya. Makan je muntah. But saya try mkan portion yg sikit. Bila nak habiskan some food, rasa mual dah. Rasa tak selesa. Kdg seharian tak makan sbb rasa membazir je kalau makan then muntah balik. šŸ˜©

i myself never had morning sickness but it'll go away when you're in your 16 week of pregnancy..be strong mummy
