16 month old throwing food

Hi Mommy! I had a similar problem when my son started Nursery a year ago. He was a very good eater before but maybe looking at other children he started the same. I think children just go through a phase and keeping calm and not showing our anger is important. Children will never go hungry. They will eat when required. Not over feeding and overwhelming them is important. At the same time being firm that throwing food is not acceptable is necessary to set some ground rules. It will go away.
