behavioral deffect

My son is so restless. He runs without direction. He do what ever he likes to do without knowing he will fall or hurt.. Does he have a behavioral problem?

Hindi naman lalo na sa stage na 1-2 years old sila. Sabi ng pedia before. they are adventurous and they want to discover things. Kaya nilalagyan ko ng mga precautions ung possible tatamaan nya. Nagbago din sya nung nag 3 na. Mrunong n sya masaktan eh.
