how to get baby to take formula after being breastfed exclusively

my son refuse to drink formula. milk supply drying up. try many ways. ie mix breastmilk with formula. but hardly work after 2 weeks

What’s the ratio between breastmilk and formula that you mix?

My daughter is very sensitive to the difference in taste between bm and fm too. So the ratio may need to start with 1:5 or even less
