my son open the fridge and take stuff out himself.. i told him cannot open himself.. and just now i caught him again.. i told him no.. he is resisting now.. i have to be firm but how should i say?

I'm using a fridge lock since both kids are young. I educate them to ask for permission if they need something. So is a habit for them to ask for permission even when sometimes I forgot to lock the fridge.
