toddler rejects mum

Son at home for 1 week due to suspected HFMD. Then rejects mum over night and prefers anyone else in the household. Cries, throw tamtrums whenever he sees me. Its really breaks my heart. I been the stricer one coz he well pampered by many. Could this be the possible reason ? How can i rectify this ? Experience mum, your advise please. Thank you

Since he is not well shower him with more love and care. Strict have to but not all the time. He needs your love. Talk to him, he might not fully understand but still explain n talk nicely. Sometimes have to pamper u must pamper. Cannot say he is pamper by many and then u dun pamper. Is diff from other ppl and parents.
