How do you deal with toddler tantrums?

I am a working mum. Nanny is taking care of my baby son. He is very quiet when I am out of the home. But in the evening and during holidays, he used to bother me. and also cry always. When we are out of the home. he still crying and asking to do some other things which can not be done at that moment. Maybe he missed me in the daytime. Do you mummies have experiences with this? Can anyone advise me

Perhaps your little one miss your attention, love and affection. You may want to well balance your time with your toddler, do activities together over the weekend or free time. If your nanny's home you may ask her to do other stuff while you care for the little one so you can divert that attention more to your toddler. Hopefully it will get better.
