EIPIC centre

Hi my son is currently attending speech therapy sessions at kkh. SG enable called me and advised me to sent him to one of the goverment EIPIC centres because it's more of a holistic approach. The current waiting time is 12 months. He's now attending preschool for abt 3 months now. There's another centre but it's more private, both childcare and therapy school but ex. Should i wait and hire a those ADA service at home or send him to kkh therapy while waiting for the EIPIC school admission in a year? Any advice? I really dont know what to do.
