My son is 15 and a half months old and just wants to run around and play all day and doesnt want to go to bed at night he fussing for like an hour before anyone have any suggestions ?

It is normal. Just stick to a bedtime routine, avoid any devices, play some music and he would start sleeping. It will take time, though.
